Exchange Policy

If your Daami product is damaged, defective or doesnot fit at the time of delivery. You should inform us within 24 hours. Informing after 24 hours will not be applicable for exchange of the products.

Valid reasons to exchange of an item

1) Delivered Daami Product is damaged (i.e torn)
2) Delivered Daami Product doesn’t match product description or picture.
3) Delivered Daami Product is incorrect
4) Delivered Daami product doesn’t fit.

Return Policy

1) Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.
2) If the delivered Daami item doesnot match product description or picture as advertised in facebook or instagram
3) Your Daami item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
4) If 24 hours have passed since the delivery of the product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange
